Shipping

InnerSoul™ apparel takes approximately 4- 7 days to process and print. If there are ever any delays, you will be notified. 

 

Once your order is complete and shipped, the order should be delivered within 5 business days to our U.S. customers, 10 business days for Canadian customers, and 14-20 days for our International customers. We will send you an email with your tracking number once your items are shipped.

 

Expedited shipping is available on selected items. Please keep in mind that expedited shipping speeds up the shipping time not the time it takes to process your item.

 

Return Policy  

            

All sales are FINAL. InnerSoul™will exchange any merchandise that is defective or damaged upon receipt. We will also exchange items if we made an error (shipped the incorrect color, size, style). We must be notified within 10 days of item delivery in order to process your exchange, notification outside of that time period will not be exchanged. We do not offer exchanges if you have ordered the incorrect size or want a color change. Please reference our color and sizing charts. Please feel free to contact us if you need our expertise before ordering. 

 

To be eligible for exchange all items must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. 

 

If an item is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping to have the merchandise resent. 

 

Order Cancellation

Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled as the production process begins immediately after payment is received.
